Becky Bolen, LCSW
Currently Accepting Clients
Becky didn't set out to specialize in ADHD. She set out to help people feel seen — and ADHD kept showing up.
Early in her career, she noticed how many clients came in exhausted from masking, blaming themselves for things their brains were genuinely struggling with. Many had spent years in therapy that never named ADHD, or had been diagnosed but left without real support for the emotional side of it.
That gap is what drew her in. Becky pursued advanced training in ADHD-informed care, integrating evidence-based counseling with practical, real-world skill building. She believes treatment works best when it honors both the science and the person in front of her.
Today, her work focuses on helping adults with ADHD understand their patterns, quiet the shame, and build sustainable systems for focus, relationships, and self-trust.
