Questions you might have

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to start?

No. Many clients come to us suspecting ADHD. We meet you where you are and focus on what's getting in your way.

What happens in the free consultation?

A relaxed 15-minute call to talk about what's going on, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit. No pressure and no commitment.

I've tried therapy before and it didn't help. Why would this be different?

Generic talk therapy often misses ADHD. Our work is ADHD-informed from the first session, so it's practical, structured, and built around how your brain works.

How much does counseling cost?

Your first consultation is free. Sessions are 50-60 minutes at $175. This covers any paperwork, assessments, and materials you need along the way. No hidden fees. If cost is a concern, please don't hesitate to email us.

Do you take insurance?

We are out of network with all insurance plans. However, that does not mean you pay the full cost: most PPO plans reimburse a portion of out-of-network mental health care, and we submit your superbills through Thrizer on your behalf so you are not chasing paperwork. You pay the session fee, Thrizer files the claim, and your reimbursement goes to you.

Estimate what a session really costs you

Pick your plan's out-of-network rate, then enter the two numbers your insurer gave you on the phone.

$175

With no out-of-network benefit, your cost is the session fee. Ask about reduced-fee availability on the free consultation.

An estimate, not a quote. Insurers reimburse a percentage of their own "allowed amount," which can be lower than the session fee, and every plan words it differently.

What's the difference between ADHD counseling and ADHD coaching?

ADHD coaching is a largely unregulated profession, and no license or standardized training is required. Counseling is a licensed clinical profession grounded in evidence-based practice, with certified counselors who go through intense training to provide support.

Stop trying harder. Start working smarter with your brain.
